Role Overview As a House Manager, you will provide supervision, leadership, and administrative guidance to patient care units during your assigned shift. You will ensure adequate staffing of the Nursing Department, balancing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality service. This role is crucial for maintaining operational excellence and supporting both patients and staff in the absence of unit leadership.
