We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Hotel Maintenance Supervisor to champion the operational integrity of our hotel property. This critical leadership role ensures our environment is consistently safe, comfortable, and flawlessly functional for both our cherished guests and dedicated team members, directly contributing to our overarching mission of hospitality distinction. Key Responsibilities: Lead and empower a team of maintenance technicians, overseeing daily activities, scheduling, and providing impactful guidance to ensure timely completion of repairs and proactive preventative maintenance. Drive the successful execution of maintenance projects from conception to completion, applying robust project management principles to achieve operational excellence. Leverage Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), specifically QUORE, to meticulously track work orders, manage inventory, and optimize maintenance schedules for peak efficiency. Interpret complex schematics, electrical diagrams, and mechanical drawings to expertly troubleshoot, repair, and recommend enhancements to hotel systems. Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and general building infrastructure to identify and address potential issues before they arise. Maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance activities, equipment history, safety inspections, and contractor engagements to ensure compliance and informed decision-making. Collaborate seamlessly with various departments and external contractors, strategically coordinating maintenance efforts to align with hotel operations and occupancy forecasts. Requirements & Qualifications: Proven supervisory experience in a dynamic hotel maintenance setting, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Strong background in industrial maintenance with hands-on expertise in electrical systems, HVAC, low voltage wiring, and general repairs. Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams, schematics, and mechanical drawings. Experience utilizing CMMS software (e.g., QUORE) for efficient maintenance tracking, reporting, and scheduling. Solid understanding of safety standards pertaining to electrical work, HVAC systems, and overall building maintenance. Exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly documenting procedures and protocols. Demonstrated leadership qualities focused on proactive problem-solving, meticulous organization, and strategic maintenance planning. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Hotel Maintenance Management is required.
