Обязанности: Key Responsibilities • Manage all hotel operations and ensure excellent guest satisfaction. • Lead and supervise front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments. • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue. • Manage OTA platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.), social media, and online reputation. • Prepare budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance. • Recruit, train, and motivate hotel staff. • Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and local partners. Требования: Requirements • Minimum 3–5 years of hotel management experience. • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Experience with hotel reservation/PMS systems. • Good financial and operational management knowledge. • Fluent in English and Russian .
