WE’RE HIRING – FULL-TIME HOST / HOSTESS Las Margaritas Restaurant is looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Full-Time Host / Hostess to join our team! POSITION REQUIREMENTS Must be available to start shifts at 4:00 PM Must be available to work 5 shifts per week Evening and weekend availability is required Previous restaurant or hosting experience is an asset Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, welcoming, and professional personality Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment Organized and able to multitask Reliable and punctual Comfortable managing reservations, waitlists, and guest seating Able to remain calm and professional during busy periods Must be a team player and willing to assist the front-of-house team when needed RESPONSIBILITIES Warmly greet and welcome every guest Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists Escort guests to their tables and provide menus Maintain accurate table rotation and communication with servers Answer phones and assist guests with inquiries Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host area Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, managers, and kitchen staff Help create a positive and welcoming guest experience from the moment guests arrive WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing exceptional hospitality , enjoys working with people, and can thrive in a busy restaurant environment.
