Compensation: 50000 to 200000 Responsibilities: Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events Follow up with potential customers to showcase and highlight our new products or services Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory Qualifications: Experience using a CRM is preferred Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Applicants should have 3-5 years of sales experience for this role About Company Jay's Flooring LLC Founded by Cesar and Carley as an independent installer 18 years ago, we proudly transitioned to a retail storefront in 2020.
