We manage the customer relationship, project scope, scheduling and payment process while connecting qualified professionals with suitable renovation projects. Trades We Are Hiring We are currently accepting applications from professionals experienced in: General home renovations Bathroom and kitchen renovations Basement finishing Carpentry and framing Drywall installation and repair Interior and exterior painting Flooring and tile installation Roofing and exterior repairs Siding, soffit, fascia and eavestrough Decks and fences Concrete and masonry Plumbing Electrical HVAC and ventilation Windows and doors Cabinetry and finish carpentry Handyman and residential service work Responsibilities Selected professionals will be responsible for: Reviewing project scopes, photos and site information Providing accurate pricing and scheduling availability Completing assigned work according to the approved scope Supplying appropriate tools, equipment and safety gear Maintaining a clean, safe and organized work area Protecting the customer’s property during construction Providing progress photos and project updates Communicating professionally with customers and MEINHAUS project managers Completing work to applicable building codes and industry standards Correcting deficiencies related to the professional’s workmanship Removing construction debris when included in the assigned scope Qualifications Applicants should have: Proven residential renovation or construction experience Strong workmanship and attention to detail Reliable transportation Appropriate tools and equipment for their trade A smartphone with access to email, photos and mobile applications Good communication and customer-service skills The ability to work independently and meet agreed schedules Relevant licences or certifications where legally required Commercial general liability insurance, or the ability to obtain coverage Workers’ compensation clearance where applicable Photos of previous work and references may be required.
