Key Responsibilities
Greet guests, take orders, and process payments accurately
Prepare food and beverages to McDonald's standards
Assemble dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders
Follow structured procedures and maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment
Communicate effectively with team members and managers
Adhere to food safety standards, company policies, and Occupational Health and Safety requirements
Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
No prior experience required; experience in food service, retail, or customer service is an asset
Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
Prolonged standing and walking
Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Exposure to kitchen equipment and cleaning chemicals
