PLEASE APPLY ONLINE TO DRIVERS APPLICATION PAGE: https://www.unitedrecruitings.com/apply Position Overview We are hiring reliable and experienced AZ, DZ and G-class drivers to complete deliveries throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Drivers will be responsible for safely transporting products, completing scheduled deliveries and providing professional service to customers. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused and comfortable driving throughout Toronto and the surrounding GTA. Key Responsibilities Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries throughout the GTA Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly Follow assigned routes and dispatch instructions Load, secure and unload products when required Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain accurate delivery records, logs and paperwork Obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery Communicate delays, vehicle concerns or delivery issues to dispatch Follow all company policies, traffic laws and safety regulations Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with customers Qualifications Valid Ontario AZ, DZ or G driver’s licence Clean or acceptable driver’s abstract Previous commercial or delivery driving experience is preferred Strong knowledge of Toronto and GTA roads Ability to use GPS and mobile delivery applications Comfortable lifting and moving products when required Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable transportation to and from the Concord location Additional Requirements Must be legally eligible to work in Canada Must be punctual and dependable Must be available for varying shift schedules Ability to work weekdays, weekends and overtime when required Candidates may be required to complete a road test, background check or additional screening Compensation The hourly pay rate ranges from $22.00 to $28.00, depending on the driver’s licence class, experience, assigned route and job responsibilities. Multiple full-time and part-time shifts are available
