We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Help Desk Representative to join our team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and is interested in starting a career in IT or customer support.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide clear solutions
Escalate more complex problems to the appropriate team
Document support requests accurately in our system
Follow up to ensure issues are resolved
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills in English
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, internet)
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required
