Job DescriptionJob Description The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various machinery including excavators, skid steers, and dump trucks primarily on construction sites, landscaping projects, and general material handling tasks. This role requires punctuality, attention to safety, and the ability to work as part of a small team using manual controls. There is potential for growth into an equipment specialist role within the company. Responsibilities Operate excavators, skid steers, dump trucks, and other heavy equipment Prepare work sites and assist with general material handling Load and unload materials efficiently and safely Perform routine maintenance and equipment inspections Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures Maintain punctuality and reliability for scheduled assignments Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in heavy equipment operation Proficient with excavator, skid steer, and dump truck operation Knowledge of safety procedures and basic equipment maintenance Strong communication skills for teamwork and coordination
