Job Description Duties & Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate equipment operators and crews Plan and execute daily work to meet schedule and productivity targets Enforce HSE requirements and lead safety meetings Ensure compliance with ground disturbance and permits Strong knowledge of and experience operating equipment such as excavators, zoom booms, skid steers, and ride-on compactors. Oversee excavation, grading, and material handling activities Conduct equipment checks and ensure safe operation Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with drawings/specifications
