About the role
You will support the field teams maintaining and servicing rock drills, excavators, compressors, trucks and other heavy equipment. We will support you with specific equipment and CDL training.
Your key responsibilities:
Diesel engine, vehicle and trailer repairs and preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
Small tool procurement and part management at the yard
Maintain up-to-date service records and logs
Light fabrication and welding
About you
Develop your mechanical plant maintenance skills in the construction industry, in a company where everyone champions safety every day. We offer an autonomous environment where your ideas are valued. You will have an eye for detail, process improvement and a can-do attitude.
Heavy equipment mechanics and hydraulics
Welding certification ideally
Experience maintaining drilling equipment is highly regarded
