Job DescriptionJob Description The Heavy Duty Mechanic specializes in the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of heavy duty trucks and trailers to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety. This role requires hands-on expertise in troubleshooting mechanical issues and executing repair tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Inspect and diagnose mechanical problems in heavy duty trucks and trailers Perform routine maintenance and repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other critical systems Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify faults Replace or repair worn or damaged parts as necessary Ensure vehicles comply with safety and environmental standards Maintain accurate records of services and repairs performed Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and vehicle performance
