Role Overview
We are looking for experienced
healthcare operations professionals
with hands-on knowledge of
EHR systems, clinical documentation, billing, coding, prior authorizations, or related healthcare workflows
. The role involves completing structured tasks within healthcare applications and evaluating whether AI-generated actions and outputs are accurate, realistic, and aligned with how these systems are used in practice.
No prior AI experience is required.

Subject to minimum weekly task submissions

Remote, GLOBAL
HOURLY RATE:
$50-$200/h
Responsibilities
Complete structured tasks within healthcare applications and digital workflows.
Work with platforms such as
Epic, MyChart, Meditech, Athena, CoverMyMeds, 3M CodeFinder, HealthEquity, and Lifeline
.
Evaluate AI-generated actions and outputs for accuracy and realism.
Apply practical knowledge of patient records, documentation, billing, coding, and prior-authorization workflows.
Identify incorrect, incomplete, or unrealistic system interactions.
Provide detailed annotations and structured feedback according to project guidelines.
Assess whether workflows reflect real-world healthcare operations and system usage.
Collaborate with the project team and incorporate feedback when needed.
Deliver assigned work according to established quality and timeline expectations.
Requirements
At least
2 years of hands-on experience
in healthcare administration, clinical documentation, medical billing/coding, or a closely related healthcare role.
Direct professional experience with at least one EHR or healthcare platform such as
Epic, Meditech, Athena, MyChart, or CoverMyMeds
.
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows such as patient records, billing cycles, coding, prior authorizations, or clinical documentation.
Ability to evaluate whether healthcare-system workflows are accurate and practically realistic.
Experience working with structured healthcare data or digital patient-management systems.
English proficiency at
B2 level or above
