If you’re an RPN who’s ready to step into a true leadership role — where you can influence care, lead a team, and make a visible impact every single day — this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
This is more than a clinical role. It’s your chance to shape how care is delivered, elevate team performance, and create an environment where residents feel supported, respected, and truly at home.
Join a modern senior living community in Ancaster where people, culture, and quality of care come first.
What You’ll Be Part Of
You’ll be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking team that is committed to delivering exceptional resident experiences. This organization is known for investing in its people, encouraging growth, and creating meaningful careers — not just jobs.
What You’ll Do
Lead with purpose and confidence as you oversee the day-to-day clinical operations within the community
Inspire and support a team of PSWs and nursing staff, building a strong, engaged, and high-performing care team
Complete resident assessments and ensure care plans are thoughtfully developed, individualized, and consistently executed
Act as a key clinical resource within the community, supporting best practices and ensuring high standards of care
Partner closely with families, providing updates, building trust, and ensuring peace of mind
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, resident-centered care
Take ownership of clinical quality by conducting audits, monitoring outcomes, and continuously improving care delivery
Play an active role in hiring, onboarding, and developing team members
Coach and mentor staff, supporting performance, growth, and accountability
Ensure proper staffing levels and scheduling to maintain consistent, high-quality care
Be a visible leader — present on the floor, supporting your team, and leading by example
What You Bring
Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with active registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong background in senior living, long-term care, or a similar healthcare environment
Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and build positive workplace culture
Confident in handling resident and family conversations with professionalism and empathy
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a hands-on leadership style
Current CPR and First Aid certification
What’s In It For You
Competitive salary
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits starting immediately
RRSP program with employer matching
Access to virtual healthcare and wellness supports
Ongoing training, education, and leadership development opportunities
A workplace culture that recognizes your impact and values your leadership
The opportunity to be part of a team that is genuinely focused on improving the lives of seniors every day
