Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the veterinary nursing team Maintain high standards of clinical care and patient welfare Oversee surgical nursing, hospital procedures, and patient monitoring Provide training, mentoring, and performance development for staff Assist with rostering and workflow coordination Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and best practice standards About You: Qualified Veterinary Nurse with a Certificate IV and 3 years of clinical experience.
