ABOUT COMPANY Established in 2019, StudyON is a network of English language centers focused on practical communication skills — 80% speaking and 20% grammar. We are currently looking for a Head Teacher for our Online Department , who will be responsible for the academic quality of online education and the development of our online teachers. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and support online teachers; Conduct lesson evaluations and provide feedback; Train and support teachers in their professional development; Monitor the quality of teaching and students' progress; Participate in the recruitment and adaptation of new teachers; Conduct consultations with new students and assess their needs and level. REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of teaching experience; English level C1 or higher; IELTS 7.0+ will be a plus; Experience mentoring or working with teachers will be an advantage; Strong organizational and communication skills. CONDITIONS: Hybrid work format; Schedule: 5/2, 10:00–19:00; Work specifically with the Online Department; Professional growth and development opportunities; Established methodology and teaching materials.
