Functional Responsibilities: Carries out operational management of the Hangar Complex. Supports the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving the quality of production tasks within the Hangar Complex. Contributes to improvements in work organization, productivity, and cost efficiency. Ensures the proper condition and reliable operation of production facilities and equipment assigned to the department. Ensures the fulfillment of plans for maintenance, repair, and storage of aircraft (or equipment). Monitors compliance with established technological processes and regulations. Participates in planning the utilization of hangars and resources. Requirements: Higher specialized or technical aviation education. At least 3 years of experience in flight-related and managerial positions in civil aviation. Proficiency in the state languages and English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate. Advanced PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a multitasking environment.
