Duties Head Groomer Responsible for delivering exceptional grooming services while assisting with leading, training, and supporting the grooming team to maintain high standards of quality, safety and client care. Pamper pups with baths, trims, and nail clips. Check coats and skin for the best grooming treatments. Keep the grooming area spotless and tools sanitized. Chat with pet owners about their furry family's needs and preferences. Handle pets gently to keep them comfy during grooming. Build great relationships with clients and address any questions. Help with scheduling appointments for our furry clientele. Saturdays required Skills Stellar customer service skills to make pet owners smile. Ability to lift larger breeds with ease. Know your way around grooming tools like a pro. Detail-oriented for that perfect groom. Patience and compassion for anxious pets. Good communication to guide pet owners on care needs.
