What You'll Be Doing Build and grow relationships with customers by identifying hazardous waste recycling and disposal solutions that meet their needs. Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities to expand market presence. Serve as a trusted advisor by educating customers on regulatory-compliant and sustainable waste solutions. Collaborate with internal operations and technical teams to deliver accurate proposals and service execution. Track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress to support business goals. What Are We Looking For Strong ability to develop and maintain customer relationships built on trust and credibility. Demonstrated capability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and drive results. Solid understanding of environmental services, hazardous waste, or industrial services markets. Clear and professional communication skills with customers and internal partners. High level of organization, initiative, and accountability in managing priorities. What We Offer Competitive base salary, $77,180 to $102,900, and participation in our annual incentive plan.
