This position focuses on the construction and installation of retaining walls, paving stone surfaces, and fencing on residential and commercial landscape projects. This is a hands-on role that requires craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a consistent focus on safety and quality. Hardscapers work closely with crew members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and is capable of performing in a physically demanding, outdoor environment throughout the season .
