DentX is a dental solutions company working with industry partners to deliver state of the art dental products and services. Leveraging its growing network of dental lab and technology suppliers, DentX is offering handpiece repair’s and sales and maintenance services.
Description:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Employee will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and rebuilds of dental handpieces and related equipment as well as providing an excellent customer experience over the phone, in person or via email. Further tasks include invoice processing, and inventory management.

Responsibilities:
The Employee’s duties shall include, but are not limited to:
Perform maintenance, repairs, and rebuilds of dental handpieces.
Develop a maintenance schedule for in-house equipment and perform regular tests.
Placing orders with suppliers, creating quotes and invoices with a high level of accuracy.
Generate and distribute repair reports and other documentation as required by the customer.
Manage inventory levels of parts and supplies used in the repair of dental handpieces.
Answer customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of handpieces.
Track case progress and coordinate with other team members.
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
3+ years' experience in dental equipment repair or related fields
Mechanical inclination and attention to detail
Possess good manual dexterity skills
Proficiency in MS office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio
Self-starter and results oriented
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with employees and management
Ability to handle situations professionally with sensitivity, diplomacy and tact
