In this role, you'll coach from Monday through Saturday, with hours that may vary based on program needs. We value a positive attitude and are committed to training the right person to succeed. As part of our team, you'll be instrumental in building confidence and self-assurance in our students, imparting skills that go beyond the gym. Compensation: $14+ hourly DOE Responsibilities: Lead engaging and dynamic gymnastics classes that inspire young athletes to reach their full potential.Teach a personalized training plan that cater to the unique needs and goals of each student.Foster a positive and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and motivated.Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to encourage improvement.Ensure the safety of all participants by maintaining a clean and organized training area.Collaborate with fellow coaches to create a cohesive and supportive team atmosphere.Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of their child's progress and achievements.
