The Passenger is seeking hospitality-driven team members who thrive in a dynamic, guest-focused environment where food, cocktails, ambiance, and connection come together.This is a hybrid front-of-house position combining elements of serving, bartending, and elevated guest hospitality. Our team members are cross-trained to create seamless and memorable experiences throughout the restaurant and Dickens Opera House.Earnings mentioned are the normal ranges of base wage + tips. On special days such as Mother's Day, tips are much higher. Base wage ranges from $11.40 to $14, depending on experience. Compensation:
$23 - $38 is typical earning with tips
Responsibilities:
Guide guests through food, cocktail, wine, and zero-proof menusProvide attentive and knowledgeable table servicePrepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, coffee, and non-alcoholic beveragesMaintain a warm, polished, and welcoming atmosphereAssist with opening/closing side work and maintaining service standardsCollaborate with the team to ensure smooth dining flow and guest satisfactionSupport private events, live music nights, and special experiences as needed
Qualifications:
