The Opportunity
We're looking for a Growth Operations Specialist who enjoys building systems, launching initiatives, solving problems, and making things happen.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
You won't spend your day posting on social media.
You won't be sitting in endless meetings discussing ideas that never get executed.
Instead, you'll be responsible for helping launch and operate many of the growth initiatives that directly impact how users discover, engage with, and transact on Snaplii.
You'll work across Growth, Product, Operations, Customer Support, Finance, and Engineering teams to turn ideas into execution.

What You'll Be Doing
Growth Campaign Operations
Launch and manage referral campaigns, promotions, user incentives, and growth initiatives
Configure and maintain in-app banners, promotional placements, pop-ups, landing pages, and campaign assets
Coordinate campaign launches and ensure smooth execution across teams
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization
User Lifecycle & Engagement
Support onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement initiatives
Execute email, SMS, push notification, and in-app engagement campaigns
Assist in audience segmentation and user targeting strategies
Help improve user journeys and reduce friction throughout the customer lifecycle
Partnership & Acquisition Operations
Support affiliate, referral, influencer, and acquisition partner programs
Coordinate assets, campaign setup, tracking, and reporting
Review and manage partner applications and partnership requests
Assist with partner communications and operational support
Growth Analytics & Reporting
Monitor key growth metrics such as activation, retention, referral performance, and campaign effectiveness
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Investigate campaign anomalies and identify opportunities for improvement
Maintain growth documentation and operational processes
Cross-Functional Project Coordination
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Support, Compliance, and Finance teams
Coordinate testing and QA before campaign launches
Track project timelines and ensure initiatives are completed successfully
Help improve internal processes and operational efficiency
AI & Automation
Use modern AI tools to improve productivity and execution
Leverage AI to create campaign copy, reports, documentation, and operational workflows
Identify repetitive processes that can be automated and scaled
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
1-3 years of experience in Growth Operations, Marketing Operations, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, E-commerce Operations, Customer Success, Project Coordination, or related fields
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication skills in English
High attention to detail and strong execution ability
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Curious mindset with a willingness to learn
Nice-to-Haves
Experience working with fintech, consumer apps, loyalty programs, rewards platforms, e-commerce, or digital products
Experience with referral, affiliate, influencer, or acquisition programs
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, or analytics platforms
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other productivity tools
Mandarin proficiency is considered an asset
