GROUP FINANCE DIRECTOR International FMCG Group | 10+ countries | Reporting to Group CFO An international FMCG group is looking for a senior finance leader to oversee and coordinate finance across multiple markets and support the Group’s continued international growth. This is a Group-level leadership role with responsibility for finance across 10+ countries , working closely with country finance teams and senior business leadership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and coordinate finance across multiple countries and markets Partner with Country Finance Directors / Heads of Finance and local management teams Drive consistent financial planning, reporting and performance management across the Group Oversee budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, profitability analysis and business performance Ensure high-quality and timely group reporting and consolidation Establish and maintain common finance policies, processes and governance standards across countries Drive harmonization and continuous improvement of finance processes across markets Lead finance transformation and automation initiatives Support the development and implementation of finance systems and ERP solutions Strengthen financial controls and governance across the Group Work closely with the Group CFO on strategic finance initiatives and international expansion Build scalable finance processes and structures to support the Group’s continued growth IDEAL PROFILE 10+ years of finance experience , with strong experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods Proven experience managing or coordinating finance across multiple countries Previous experience at Regional / Group Finance Director, Cluster CFO or similar senior level Strong commercial finance background and understanding of FMCG business models Experience managing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, profitability and financial performance across several markets Experience working in an international, multi-country and matrix environment Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Experience driving finance transformation, process improvement and standardization Excellent English Comfortable working with senior executives and geographically dispersed teams WHAT THIS ROLE OFFERS An opportunity to take ownership of finance across 10+ international markets , work directly with the Group CFO and play a key role in building a scalable finance organization for a rapidly growing FMCG business.
