What You'll Do
As a Grounds Maintenance Crew Member, you'll work with an experienced team to maintain residential and commercial properties to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Mowing, trimming, edging, and maintaining lawns
Operating commercial landscaping equipment, including zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, push mowers, line trimmers, and backpack blowers
Assisting with general property maintenance and clean-up
Identifying and reporting lawn health concerns or site deficiencies to your Crew Leader
Maintaining equipment and keeping tools clean and in good working order
Following all company safety procedures
Providing excellent customer service while working on client properties
Assisting with additional grounds maintenance duties as required
Requirements
Valid Ontario Class G Driver's License
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Physically capable of performing manual labour and working up to 10-hour shifts
1 year of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred
Experience operating commercial lawn maintenance equipment is considered an asset
Assets
Experience working on residential or high-end residential properties
Experience driving a truck and trailer
Basic equipment maintenance knowledge

$21.00-$23.00 per hour
