Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products. Provide floor supervision and team support by delegating tasks, coordinating meal breaks, receiving and storing orders, completing 2x2s, and ensuring daily readiness for business. Package, stock, and rotate display counters and shelves to maintain high product quality, freshness, and presentation standards. Foster a culture of trust and inclusion by providing hands-on training and coaching focused on floor operations, department standards, and service excellence. Promote company policies and clearly communicate department updates and business objectives as shared by the store leadership team. Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.
