What You’ll Do Cook chicken fillets according to Poulet Rouge standards and procedures. Ensure every fillet is cooked properly, served hot, and prepared to the highest quality standards. Apply the correct sauce and maintain proper portion sizes for every order. Maintain a steady production pace to support fast and efficient service. Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all times, especially when handling raw chicken. Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe throughout your shift.
