Back to Careers Back to Careers Creative/Design Graphics Designer Location: On-site Salary: Competitive Salary Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Full-time On-site We're looking for a creative Graphics Designer to produce visually compelling designs for our clients and internal branding, social media, web, print, and marketing collateral, along with AI-assisted video content. Responsibilities Design social media creatives, ad banners, flyers, brochures, and branding materials Create and edit short-form video content using AI-powered video editing tools Create UI assets for websites/apps when needed Work closely with the marketing team to align visuals with campaign goals Maintain brand consistency across all client and internal projects Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines Stay updated on design trends, AI tools, and suggest creative improvements Requirements Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience Hands-on experience using AI tools for video editing (e.g., Runway, CapCut AI, Adobe Premiere's AI features, Pika, or similar) Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator; Canva a plus Strong portfolio demonstrating range (social media, branding, print, and AI-edited video) Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly Must be able to work on-site full-time Nice to Have Traditional video editing/motion graphics skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) as a complement to AI tools Experience designing for US/international clients Knowledge of Figma or web design basics Familiarity with AI image generation tools Compensation Competitive salary based on experience Growth opportunities within the creative team Apply Now Apply Now Apply Now Apply Now
