As we enter a significant growth phase, we are seeking a senior commercial leader to scale global revenue across enterprise and retail channels.
Role Overview
We are hiring a
Global Head of Sales
to own worldwide revenue strategy and execution across:
Institutional clients:
Define and execute scalable multi-channel growth strategy (enterprise, partnerships, digital subscriptions)
Retail investors:
digital subscriptions, partnerships, and platform integrations
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with full accountability for revenue growth, enterprise deal execution, retail monetization strategy, and sales organization development.
Initially, this is a
player–coach
position. You will personally lead and close strategic institutional accounts while building the systems, team, and commercial infrastructure required to scale globally.
This role is ideal for a fintech or financial data sales leader who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and understands both complex enterprise sales cycles and product-led or digital sales models.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Optimise customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through digital channels
Define and execute scalable multi-channel growth strategy (enterprise, partnerships, digital)
Establish pricing architecture, packaging, and long-term commercial frameworks
Drive expansion, renewals, and strategic multi-year agreements
Engage C-suite and senior investment stakeholders (CIOs, Heads of Research, Portfolio Managers, Heads of Market Data)
Structure sophisticated data licensing and enterprise contracts
Retail & Platform Growth
Define retail GTM strategy and digital monetization roadmap
Build strategic partnerships with fintech platforms, brokers, and investment communities
Optimize acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
Organizational Leadership
Build and scale a high-performing global revenue organization
Lead disciplined forecasting, CRM infrastructure, and performance management
Oversee repeatable sales processes and value-based selling frameworks
Cross-Functional & Market Leadership
Define ICPs, vertical priorities (buy-side, sell-side, fintech), and market positioning
Partner with Product and Marketing to align roadmap, messaging, and demand generation

Required Qualifications
10+ years of senior sales leadership experience within fintech, financial data, SaaS, or analytics
Proven track record selling complex solutions to institutional investment firms
Experience driving enterprise and/or retail subscription revenue models
Demonstrated success building and scaling sales teams in high-growth environments
Deep understanding of investment workflows and market data procurement processes
Strong executive presence with advanced negotiation and contract structuring capability
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, startup or scale-up environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling financial datasets (corporate fundamentals, financial statements, market data)
Familiarity with enterprise data licensing models and procurement cycles
Background in API, platform, or data-as-a-service sales
Experience driving revenue for AI-supported financial or analytics products
Experience scaling product-led or B2C revenue channels
Established relationships across buy-side, sell-side, fintech, or retail investing ecosystems
International or multi-region commercial leadership experience
