Glass Operations Technician at ABL Employment — NeverHard

Job DescriptionJob Description We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for operating glass processing equipment, monitoring product quality, maintaining production efficiency, and supporting plant operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities -Perform quality inspections on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company and customer specifications. -Identify, report, and assist in investigating quality concerns, non-conformances, and customer complaints. -Maintain accurate production, quality, and operational records. -Operate glass processing, packaging, and automated production equipment, including PLC-controlled systems. -Package finished products into bulk bags and support shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading activities. -Monitor production processes, sample and test products, and ensure production targets are met. -Safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, front-end loaders, and other plant equipment. -Follow all safety, environmental, operational, and maintenance procedures, including working at heights using fall protection. -Conduct routine equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and basic mechanical repairs in conjunction with maintenance personnel. -Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers through verbal communication, written reports, and software such as Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint. You MUST be able to work both Days and Nights to be considered for this opportunity Qualifications -Manufacturing or industrial production experience preferred. -Experience operating forklifts and other mobile equipment. -Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic maintenance tasks. -Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. -Ability to work safely in an industrial environment, including working at heights and handling physical tasks. -Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office applications. -Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
