Job DescriptionJob Description Powder Coating & Track Production Associate Job Description We are hiring a Powder Coating & Track Production Associate to join our growing overhead door manufacturing team in Mississauga. This is a full-time, day-shift position for a hands-on individual who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing high-quality products.The successful candidate will assist with the fabrication, finishing, and preparation of door track systems and components, including powder coating operations, material handling, quality inspections, and general production support. Why Work Here? • Competitive hourly pay based on experience • Day shift only – Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. • Stable, full-time employment • Clean and organized manufacturing facility • Accessible Mississauga location with on-site parking • Training and growth opportunities available What You Will Be Doing • Prepare metal components for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, and staging materials • Operate powder coating equipment following company quality standards and safety procedures • Inspect finished products to ensure proper coating coverage and quality • Assist with the fabrication and assembly of overhead door track systems • Measure, cut, and prepare track components according to specifications • Read work orders and production drawings accurately • Package and prepare finished products for shipment • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Assist with general manufacturing and production duties as required What We Are Looking For • Previous manufacturing, production, powder coating, or fabrication experience preferred • Experience working with hand and power tools • Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail • Ability to read a tape measure accurately • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic • CSA-approved steel-toed safety footwear required Preferred Qualifications • Previous powder coating experience • Experience in metal fabrication or track manufacturing • Experience reading blueprints or production drawings Why This Role?
