Job Title - Geospatial Developer Utility Network ESRI ArcGIS Suite and Hexagon Network Suite Job Summary: We are seeking a Geospatial Developer to design develop and maintain u tility network solutions using the Esri ArcGIS platform and HxGN Networks suite The role combines web application development utility data modeling enterprise integration using NET technologies and administration of cloud native environments The ideal candidate will deliver interactive user-friendly GIS applications and ensure reliable integration with geospatial datasets and utility workflows Skills: Mandatory skills ! Looking for a Full Stack Web Developer with strong React/UI development experience. Must have experience with ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript, ArcGIS Enterprise, and geospatial concepts . Candidates with ArcGIS JS API migration experience (3.x to 4.x+) are highly preferred. Experience building applications from scratch and enhancing existing GIS web applications is required. Key Responsibilities: Apply knowledge of HxGN Networks Core to support utility network operations Assist in configuration data modeling and workflow setup within the client environment Support integration of GIS systems with enterprise platforms using NET technologies Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of GIS solutions Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GIS related issues Document system configurations workflows and integration points Required Skills Experience Strong understanding of HxGN Networks suite Experience working with utility networks electric gas water fiber Proficiency in NET C or VBNET for application support and integration Familiarity with Oracle Spatial and SQL Web Application Development Design develop and maintain web applications using ESRIs ArcGIS API for JavaScript and other web technologies Collaboration Work closely with GIS analysts developers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs Testing and Debugging Perform thorough testing and debugging of web applications to ensure high quality and performance Documentation Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for web applications including design specifications user guides and technical manuals Cloud Architecture Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS Orchestration Scripting Languages Strong proficiency in Python PowerShell or Bash to handle task automation and data visualization scripting Good communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in GIS Computer Science Engineering or related field Experience with FME or other spatial ETL tools 3 years of experience in Cloud Engineering Platform Engineering or DevOps Exposure to Networks Professional and Networks Anywhere modules Experience with working on Networks core Prior experience in utility network transformation or modernization projects User Interface Design Create intuitive and responsive user interfaces that enhance user experience Integration Integrate GIS data and services into web applications ensuring seamless functionality and performance Qualifications Education bachelor's degree in computer science IT GIS or a related field Experience 4 to 9 years of experience in web development with a focus on ESRI ArcGIS Technical Skills Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and ESRIs ArcGIS API for JavaScript Experience with frontend frameworks eg React Typescript Angular Vue Certifications Relevant certifications such as ESRI Technical Certification are preferred Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills excellent communication and teamwork abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience with developing and deploying web applications in cloud environments Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services Knowledge of spatial data management and GIS concepts
