Job Description A core part of our business is our aerial survey and geomatics divisions, where the successful candidate will join our team to support aerial survey data-processing, mapping, and delivery of spatial information with a specific focus on AI integration. Our projects service clients in mining, forestry, and utilities to help with exploration, planning, and asset management applications. We work with private companies, all levels of government and First Nations, and NGOs to provide practical and technical expertise for data collection, processing and analysis, interpretation, and delivery. Key Responsibilities: * Learn and document existing GIS, geomatics, and spatial analysis workflows. * Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency. * Develop and implement AI, machine learning, and geospatial automation solutions. * Support the creation of scalable products and services that can be deployed across multiple clients. * Work with GIS analysts and project managers to streamline data processing and quality assurance workflows. * Help establish best practices for responsible and effective use of AI within the organization. Growth and Innovation * Contribute to the expansion of the company's service offerings by enabling greater efficiency and scalability. * Help position the company to hire more staff, serve more clients, manage larger datasets, and undertake more complex projects. * Support a business strategy where automation and AI augment staff capabilities, create new service opportunities, and drive future job growth across the organization.
