Location: Atyrau city Work Pattern: 5/2 Job requirements: 5+ years experience Bachelor's degree Languages: Fluent ENG/KAZ/ RU Responsibilities: Processing of outgoing and incoming information and documentation Preparation, tracking and updating of the schedule, control of the watch schedule, organization of air / railway tickets, organization of accommodation, timely information and communication with project staff Preparation of certificates after payment of all accounts by the company and obtaining the necessary confirmations Tracking and updating of the list of executed works for clients Timely preparation and provision of final, interim and any types of reports / documents to the client Maintenance of registers of documentation for the objects for which he/she responsible Regular update of the archive Provide a consolidated report on non-conformance reports, along with accompanying information Providing information about inspectors to the client Counting the working hours of the Contractor, scheduling Organization of business trips and preparation of accompanying documents for seconded employees, informing the legal compliance department Timely inform the personnel management department and the HSE department about the hiring / dismissal of employees, about incidents, about existing personnel shortcomings in the inspections carried out, about the results of the trial period Provision of financial reports on the work performed: calculation and invoicing at the end of the work performed, provision of acceptance certificates by clients and performers, maintenance of short reports on document flow, tracking payment for services rendered Finding the necessary inspectors depending on the amount of work in cooperation with the personnel management department Enter into relationships with subdivisions of third-party institutions and organizations to resolve operational issues of activities within the competence of the Inspection Coordinator Represent the interests of the Company in third-party organizations and institutions in resolving issues related to the competence of the Inspection Coordinator Ensures compliance with the norms and rules of labor protection, fire safety Carrying out STBT for the company's employees on assigned projects with subsequent documentation of the familiarization by signing the familiarization sheet by the employees Conducting periodic Safety Walks with subsequent documentation in accordance with company procedures Assesses the quality of work of each employee, rational use of working time, and also determines the possibility of assigning additional duties to employees. Determines the priority and order of execution of work tasks. Defines the requirements criteria for job applicants to meet client requirements. Timely informing the personnel management department and the safety department about the hiring / dismissal of employees, about incidents, about the existing shortcomings of personnel in the inspections carried out, about the results of the trial period. Interacts with the client regarding document flow issues, timely provision of final, interim and any types of reports / documents. Monitors the quality of customer service. Participates in the development of new services of the company, in the preparation of tender documents and commercial contracts; Organizes and conducts mathematical events, meetings, negotiations with external current and potential partners (suppliers, contractors) Prepares summaries of progress and interim results for senior management and suggestions for improving their effectiveness Ensures compliance with the norms and rules of labor protection, fire safety.
