Lead the Future of Automotive Retail
ReCar & Wonder Auto is looking for a high-performing General Manager to lead our branch operations and drive results across both sales and service. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven automotive leader who thrives on building teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and creating a culture of accountability, performance, and growth.
As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the overall success of the branch, including revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team development. You will lead from the front, ensuring sales and service work together seamlessly to create an outstanding customer journey from purchase to ownership.
What You'll Do
Lead all branch operations across sales and service departments.
Drive monthly and annual sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching, accountability, and leadership.
Foster a customer-first culture focused on long-term relationships and retention.
Oversee deal structure, lending approvals, and protection product performance.
Ensure service operations achieve revenue, productivity, and quality objectives.
Monitor branch financial performance, inventory, expenses, and key performance indicators.
Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop future leaders.
Maintain operational compliance and process excellence across the business.
Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts.
What We're Looking For
Proven leadership experience in automotive retail, preferably in a General Manager, General Sales Manager, Fixed Operations Manager, or other multi-department leadership role.
A strong history of success in the automotive industry, with demonstrated achievement in sales, operational performance, and team leadership.
Strong understanding of dealership sales, finance, service, and overall business operations.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and consistently achieve revenue, profitability, and performance targets.
Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams while building a strong leadership bench.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and foster a positive team culture.
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze performance metrics, leverage technology, and make data-driven decisions.
