The Role
Reporting directly to ownership and executive leadership, this individual will lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across operations, sales, leadership development, financial performance, and growth strategy.
The successful candidate will combine strong commercial instincts with operational discipline and possess a proven ability to execute change while building scalable business structures.
Primary Areas of ResponsibilityBuilding Operational Excellence
Transform operational processes from decentralized management practices into a centralized, performance-driven operating model
Establish measurable KPIs, reporting structures, forecasting processes, and accountability systems
Develop consistent operating standards across locations and business units
Improve visibility through performance dashboards and operational reporting tools
Drive execution, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives
Developing Leadership & Organizational Capability
Evaluate organizational structure and leadership effectiveness across the business
Assess talent and ensure alignment between business needs and leadership capabilities
Build succession strategies and strengthen management teams
Create a culture focused on accountability, ownership, and high performance
Coach and develop leaders to support future growth objectives
Driving Growth & Expanding Revenue Streams
Develop and scale new sales channels and growth initiatives beyond traditional business models
Create the infrastructure, systems, processes, and teams required for expansion
Build customer acquisition strategies and outbound sales capabilities
Identify opportunities for revenue diversification and market expansion
Establish scalable frameworks that support sustainable growth
Introduce stronger financial disciplines and operational accountability measures
Improve productivity, labor efficiency, cost management, and revenue quality
Establish ownership and accountability around business unit performance
Partner with leadership to create budgets, forecasts, and long-term growth plans
Drive initiatives focused on increasing profitability and operational performance
Strengthening Strategic Partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners
Ensure operational execution consistently meets business standards and expectations
Position the organization for future growth opportunities, expansion initiatives, and strategic partnerships
Support compliance, operational excellence, and long-term business sustainability
Qualifications & Experience
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in executive management, operations, sales leadership, or multi-unit environments
Proven success leading transformational change and scaling businesses
Strong financial acumen with experience improving operational and financial performance
Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
Experience implementing systems, reporting frameworks, KPIs, and accountability structures
Strong business development and revenue growth experience
Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management capabilities
Experience within retail, telecommunications, multi-location organizations, franchise systems, or similar environments considered an asset
Pay:
$150,000-$200,000 including bonus
