Job DescriptionJob Description We are an Established Residential HVAC Company. In business over 25 years operating in Peel region. General Manager Reports to President and indirectly to CFO Position Purpose Responsible for the daily operations of the company Set and enforce company policies Represent the company in the community, to employees and the parent company Ensure that the company meets its financial and other performance goals The role is a champion of the company's culture Goals Generate a minimum of $XXX million in contribution margin for the year Ensure the company reaches all performance targets as set by parent company Ensure all staff are fully trained according to company standards Responsible for Represent the company at corporate meetings, to customers and in the community Handle customer escalations as required Manage the performance of the management team Identify and execute performance improvement ideas Ensure all policies and procedures are followed through the organization Ensure owner and senior management is kept informed of results and activities Communicating expectations, changes and progress throughout the organization Build and support the inclusive, performance-based culture Major challenges Must be able to meet performance goals in a fixed territory, with a premium service and pricing model Must be able to work within the constraints set by a parent company and resources available Must build and maintain the appropriate culture Authority Full freedom to manage the organization within company policies Major financial commitments require prior approval by the President Performance Evaluation Criteria Monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets Individual and team training expectations executive management Performance Expectation Schedule Revenue and margin targets begin 60 days after hire Targets based on budget and prior year performance Qualifications Must have HVAC experience Experience selling in a luxury or premium service environment Experience managing a team, including goal setting, performance review and personal development Excellent time management skills Detailed oriented, ability to multitask Excellent communication skills High performance mentality Professional approach with the ability to represent the company in all settings Compensation Salary plus bonus upon hitting corporate targets Work Schedule Flexible, with the expectation of work in off hours as needed to meet customer demand Company Description We are a successful HVAC Company located in Ontario Company DescriptionWe are a successful HVAC Company located in Ontario
