This hands-on manager contributes directly to creating a strong synergy within the hotel team and uses the art of unreasonable hospitality to run smooth operations. WHAT YOU'LL DO Manage all aspects of hotel operations in line with Germain Hotels culture and values. Motivate the team to exceed targets for guest satisfaction and financial results. Stimulate organizational growth. Support, coach, develop, and manage team performance through formal and informal means. Be active in the community to increase awareness of the property and Germain Hotels. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Diploma in hotel management or bachelor's degree in management 5 to 10 years' experience as a general manager in a hotel - experience in food and beverage management as well as in luxury or boutique hotels Natural ability to coach, inspire, and mobilize teams Professionalism, enthusiasm, initiative, and customer service skills Good analytical skills and ability to manage time and priorities WHAT WE OFFER Passionate about travel? The annual salary for this role is between 115 000$ and 145 000$, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
