We are looking for a talented General Manager to join our Service business segment at our branch in Edmonton, AB.
Job Summary:
Plans and directs the operations of a small scope organization. Management may be within a portion of a geographic region, a single small business within a country, or a small Cummins’ controlled joint venture. Implements operating policies and procedures through Supervisors and experienced Individual Contributors.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Engineering, Business or related field required. Advanced degree in Business or related field preferred.
Green Belt certified.

Significant experience required, including supervisory, product, customer, and budgetary experience.

Play a key leadership role in supporting and developing local and extended team members. Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Experience:
A strong background in customer relations is essential to ensure seamless processes and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Knowledge or experience in strategic business planning and change management methodology.
Familiarity with multiple market segments in the Edmonton, surrounding area and Western Canada in general (Power Gen, On Highway, Industrial) would be an asset.
University degree preferred.
Business acumen is required.
Experience in Union environment and managing multiple sites will be an asset.
