Job Description:
The training General Manager is responsible for overseeing, in tandem with the Senior Assistant Managers and culinary teams, all aspects of the Front of the House operations to ensure a seamless and profitable dining experience. This includes managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining high-quality service standards, and maximizing overall efficiency.

Competitive Compensation:
They offer a competitive salary package, ensuring your skills and contributions are duly recognized. Ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 as a total compensation package including the salary and GMD bonus. When you take over your own restaurant, you will be moved into the GM bonus program which is $24,000/year.

Key Responsibilities
As the Training General Manager, you will be at the center of it all - instilling and maintaining an overall positive culture amongst the entire team, developing of all leadership positions, and role modelling hospitality - while heading all operational and financial aspects of the business.
Responsibilities:
Collaborating with your Management team.
Exemplifying hospitality for both guests and team members.
Engaging with guests to ensure an exceptional level of satisfaction.
Implementing strategies to boost sales and enhance profitability.
Leading the hiring process, conducting interviews, onboarding, and training for various roles.
Contributing to the development of every one of your kitchen and front house management teams.
Manage and analyze financial parameters and controls for all areas of the restaurant and determine business priorities
Managing the financials on a daily and weekly basis.
Ensuring a spotless envirnment.
Responsible for building strong teams and teaching people the knowledge.
Working during the peak sales periods ensuring the hospitality experience as the face of the business with the guest.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
3+ years previous experience leading a full-service restaurant or bar
Passionate about developing others
Passionate about food and drink and up on all the latest trends
Established leadership skills
Ability to develop and motivate the people around you to always be their best
Successful in training others to master technical skills
Highly organized with great planning and administrative skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Ability to showcase Brand Ambassadorship
Well versed in local marketing skills and event management
Skilled at setting and achieving short and long-term business goals
