What You’ll Do:
Create a positive work environment focused on building a team of great people that aspire to create great guest experiences
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including sales, operations, inventory, recruitment, and maintenance of the building and equipment
Meeting or exceeding sales targets, expense budgets and attaining profitability in agreement with company policies
Create a fun, yet professional, environment
Operate with a high degree of detail
Take an ownership mentality when running your restaurant
Creative in your approach towards building sales
Identify talent and develop their potential
Demonstrate genuine hospitality at every opportunity
What You've Done:
2-3 years of restaurant management experience
