What you'll do:
Lead with Purpose:
Oversee all aspects of hotel operations while ensuring we deliver an amazing guest experience.
Create Memorable Moments:
Work with your team to enhance customer service and implement initiatives that bring joy to our guests.
Innovate & Adapt
: Keep a pulse on industry trends and guest preferences, recommending new initiatives that elevate our offerings and keep us ahead of the curve.
Community Connector
: Curate events and partnerships within the local community, turning our hotel into a hub for creativity, interaction, and connection.
Financial Stewardship:
Manage annual budgets, lead financial planning, and ensure profitability – while also being resource-wise and mindful of our impact on the environment. You'll gain hands-on experience managing costs and understanding revenue streams, paving the way for your future financial successes.
What You'll Bring:
Experience
: A minimum of 2 years sales experience and 3-5 years experience in hospitality management or relevant leadership roles.
Passion for Hospitality
: A genuine love for the industry with a deep commitment to guest satisfaction and a track record of fostering a positive team culture

: You're not afraid to think outside the box and adapt quickly in a changing environment
