Constant Supervise Teams General Manager | Full-Time | Armani Caffè, Oakridge Park, Vancouver Opening Fall 2026 As the leader of Armani Caffè, you will be part of a diverse leadership and service team, whom you will inspire and motivate each day. You will align the entire team on driving sales, delivering an exceptional guest experience rooted in warmth, authenticity, and genuine hospitality, building strong talent, and ensuring the Caffè operates efficiently and effectively. Your ability to combine entrepreneurial spirit , passion for the brand, and knowledge of the luxury hospitality and food service business with organizational skills will greatly influence the guest and associate experience. As the General Manager, you will also provide input on Caffè presentation, menu execution, and guest relationship strategies. Your daily presence on the floor will give you the opportunity to understand the business on the front line, and you will use these insights to improve your caffè's performance. You will help shape and execute strategies that build trusting relationships with guests and associates alike, in order to drive revenue. In addition, you will be accountable for ensuring appropriate communications are cascaded throughout the team. To succeed in this role, you are willing to lead by example and with integrity , collaborate , be intellectually curious , strategic , lead through ambiguity and change, and be results-oriented . You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the Armani Caffè and its team, including labor and supply budget, food safety, and quality standards. Qualifications & Skills Minimum five (5+) years of experience in a similar food & beverage role with at least 4+ years of management experience, preferably in luxury food & beverage and that is licensed to serve alcohol Post-Secondary degree preferred; Must have active certifications such as: FoodSafe Level 1 & 2 and Serving Right Must be legally eligible to serve and sell alcohol in British Columbia and able to obtain and maintain a valid Serving It Right certification where required by the role Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills and the ability to influence partners and motivate direct reports; proven ability to recruit and retain a team Proficiency with Office programs, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends While not required, Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills are considered a strong asset Physical Demands Activity Demands Frequency Sitting At Desk Occasional Standing/Walking Within caffè & kitchen environment Constant Lifting/Carrying Up to 50 lbs boxes intermittently; otherwise, 3 lbs frequently Frequent Push/Pull Moveable shelving, equipment and doors Frequent Climbing Stairs and Ladders Rare Reaching Below/Above Shoulder To reach higher items on shelves or lower items on floor Frequent Fine Motor Tasks Computer Use, kitchen machinery (i.e., espresso machine) and POS, etc. Frequent Auditory & Vision Hear and see safety signals, read labels, registers, computers, etc. Constant Cognitive Demands Activity Demands Frequency Communication Verbal & Writing Constant Supervise Teams Direct team members, monitor performance, ensure safety Constant Plan Strategize to drive business Constant Fine Audit / Analysis Accuracy of Transactions, Inventory, etc. Frequent Administrative Tasks Various Frequent Why Join Us Join us in our mission to passionately convey Giorgio Armani's unique vision of timeless and natural elegance, where fashion and design provoke a confident state of being for all people by fostering beauty in the world.
