Description Key Accountabilities: Work the track ie screen, pack, open using tractors and or trucks Winter use dump trucks to remove snow Work loader, Grader to clean up and put stone down in dump trucks Look after all property maintenance including but not limited to; grass cutting and weed whacking, trimming bushes, tree removal and pruning, watering flowers, picking up garbage on property Clean ship and Lasix barn, muck stalls Power wash all tracks equipment and vehicles Build up screens (welding) Snow ploughing, salting roads and walkways, shovelling sidewalks and clearing snow on all property Keeping Maintenance shop clean and organized. Any other duties as assigned Education and Qualification Requirements: Valid Driver’s Licence Health & Safety Safe equipment training Able to operate loaders and all equipment Must be able to work around horses Some knowledge of the horse racing industry preferred
