Job DescriptionJob Description General Labour: Insulation Technician Installer Seeking motivated Insulation Installers to join their dynamic Home Services Technician Team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing work orders for residential customers providing attic insulation services, cellulose, fiberglass, insulation removal, mold remediation and mold protection applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer satisfactory and the ability to communicate products and services effectively. This is a full-time independent contractor position. You will be working on site at customers homes, with a commission piecework compensation pay structure. RESPONSIBILITIES Attic Insulation (blown cellulose) Load truck daily with material Operate equipment and machinery Install baffles Load, unload and move materials on and around the job site Manually remove debris from driveways with equipment. Ensure job site is organized and free of clutter, rubble, and garbage. Other General Labour related duties as required. Deliver excellent customer experience and satisfactory product knowledge QUALIFICATIONS: Ambitious self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. Hard worker Reliable and Punctual Self-motivated and driven Demonstrate professionalism Attention to detail Have a sense of urgency High energy, and ability to meet deadlines Demonstrated ability to be a team player. Meeting at office or jobsite each morning Sales, Customer Service, experience is an asset but not needed. REQUIREMENTS: A Valid Drivers License is required to drive company vehicle Vehicle to get to shop in time for early shifts Week-end work WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US : Weekly paid commissions on attic square footage This is a commission piece work compensation position.
