Assisting customers with entering and exiting in and out of vehicles. Organizing and cleaning the drive-thru area and the shop. Executing a timely shuttle route. Assist with cleaning vehicles. Maintaining a record of trips, including names of passengers and destinations or pick-up points. Informing the Dispatcher or Service Manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance. Maintaining current knowledge of dealership information to effectively respond to guest inquiries. Assist with moving and storing tires during seasonal changes Other duties as required by management. What You Need To Succeed High School Diploma or GED is required. Able to do heavy lifting on occasion. Must have a valid Ontario G Driver's License and good driving record. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills are required. Ability to meet the needs of a diverse client base. Customer service experience is an asset. Ability to exhibit professionalism with a positive attitude under pressure. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Job Type: Full Time - Permanent Compensation (expected hourly wage): $19.00 - $24.00 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
