As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites before and after work activities. Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed for various tasks. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to ensure safety standards are met. Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately. Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance tools is preferred but not required. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact with supervisors and fellow workers.
