This role involves handling fresh produce in a refrigerated environment and supporting daily production operations. Key Responsibilities Sort, clean, cut, and prepare vegetables for processing Assist in packaging and labeling fresh produce Inspect products for quality and consistency Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas Follow food safety and HACCP standards Stack, organize, and prepare finished goods for shipment General warehouse duties as assigned Work Environment Cold and wet refrigerated facility Fast-paced production line Standing for long hours Repetitive manual work Strict hygiene and safety requirements Physical Requirements Heavy lifting required (up to 50 lbs / 23 kg regularly) Frequent bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling Must be physically fit and able to work in cold conditions Ability to perform physically demanding warehouse tasks Requirements Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in cold/wet environments Ability to work in a team-based setting Previous warehouse or food production experience is an asset (not mandatory) Compensation Basic pay
